Description
Vinylester resin is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant, and strong, yet flexible, thermosetting resin ideal for marine, chemical tank, and automotive applications. It cures using MEKP (Methyl Ethyl Ketone Peroxide) catalyst, typically at a 1.5%–2% ratio. It offers better water resistance (osmosis protection) than polyester and higher impact strength, acting as an alternative to expensive epoxy.
