Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods to us within 30 days of the shipping date for an exchange or store credit, provided that:

Items are in their original condition — unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable.

A minimum administration/restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will apply when a cash refund is required. Store credits will not incur a restocking fee.
Please note:

Special order items (products not normally stocked or ordered in specifically for you) cannot be returned or exchanged. Please choose carefully.

At the supplier’s discretion, if returned goods are deemed saleable, a store credit may be issued, less any applicable restocking or administration fees.

Postage costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

Size charts are available for all stock — we encourage customers to review them before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion and to charge a restocking fee for specially ordered items.
If you change your mind before dispatch, a refund may be issued less the administration fee.
Refund processing time:
You can expect your refund within approximately four weeks of sending your return. This period includes:

5–10 business days for transit time,

3–5 business days for processing once received, and

5–10 business days for your bank to finalize the refund.
