Communication was absolutely terrible, after ordering it and waiting two weeks with no show, I decided I had to call, only to find out it was out of stock! This is ok, but surely someone could have contacted me to tell me this…..? Then after waiting another two weeks, and no contact, I had to call myself again……what do you know…….yet no stock, still waiting…..Again no one sent me a email or gave me a call that they are still waiting for stock. Finally about 6 weeks later I got the clamp posted to me…it’s fine that you had no stock, but some communication would have been good.
