Master Vent is an Australian-made marine holding tank odour filter using approximately 350g of industrial-grade KOH impregnated activated carbon to remove hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) from vent air. Easy to install, long-lasting and compatible with common marine vent hose sizes.
Industrial-Grade KOH Carbon
Master Vent contains approximately 350g of OxPure industrial-grade activated carbon impregnated with potassium hydroxide (KOH). Unlike standard non-impregnated carbon commonly used in general filtration, this specialised carbon is designed specifically for highly effective H₂S odour removal. The same type of impregnated activated carbon technology is used in municipal sewage treatment applications around the world.
