Boating Central is not required to give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision. We will offer a refund, exchange or repair where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a picture shown to you, or do not do what they are suppose to. In these circumstances, Boating Central will pay for the cost of returning the goods. If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable within 15 days of shipping date for an exchange or credit of goods. We do not reimburse for the cost of postage. Size charts are available on all stock, and we encourage all buyers to choose carefully. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion.
We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Our system is semi automated so some items don't tick the box. We are also able to provide a personal service to get the best price we can for freight. If you have a freight company or preferred rate that you would like to use then please contact us so we can facilitate this.
Many of our suppliers will ship direct for us and this makes great sense if we are out of stock of an item.

Distance States , Southern QLD, Southern WA
Remote-Northern QLD and Islands, NT and Northern WA. These remote areas may incur a surcharge as well. If you need to discuss any freight item or charge please give us a call. We are open to suggestions to keep freight costs as low as practicable.
