Boating Central is not required to give refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, or make a wrong decision. We will offer a refund, exchange or repair where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from a picture shown to you, or do not do what they are suppose to. In these circumstances, Boating Central will pay for the cost of returning the goods. If you are not perfectly happy with your choice of purchase, please return the goods to us in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and resalable within 15 days of shipping date for an exchange or credit of goods.

Note that items that are not normally stocked and have been ordered in especially cannot be returned for exchange or credit. Please choose carefully.

We do not reimburse for the cost of postage. Size charts are available on all stock, and we encourage all buyers to choose carefully. We reserve the right to refuse any return at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for items that have been especially ordered in. 

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
